External Quality Assurance in Liquid Biopsy<\/strong><\/p>\n

Validating molecular methods under real-world conditions is essential for clinical reliability.\nCEBIO actively contributes to inter-lab comparison programs for liquid biopsy \u2013 in collaboration with our partners QuoData and new_diagnostics. The aim is to assess and improve laboratories\u2019 analytical performance in cfDNA-based diagnostics using standardized, real-life conditions.<\/p>\n

Using biologically relevant reference materials and statistically sound evaluation procedures, the program supports quality assurance and method harmonization in molecular diagnostics.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Project Summary:<\/b>\nThe international inter-lab comparison program \u201cEQA for Molecular Pathology and Liquid Biopsies\u201d is conducted in partnership with QuoData and new_diagnostics. It targets diagnostic laboratories using technologies such as digital PCR or NGS to analyze circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA).
